Where we get our books

Greenwich Recycling Book Swap

The Town of Greenwich has a Book Swap at the Holly Hill Recycling center for use by Greenwich residents that is open Friday and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm. Residents donate up to 100,000 books a year and receives the excess children's books.  This is currently our primary source for books. We also have a volunteer there who takes excess adult books to senior centers and hospitals.  Please read more about the Book Swap here
